Well, we're nearing the end of our first week back of term and it's been wonderful to see all of our pupils' smiling faces as they return to our classes from the long summer break.
We're delighted to welcome back all of our returning pupils and also a special welcome to those just starting- we hope you'll love your time with us ahead!
A huge congratulations to all of our learners on a set of absolutlety fantastic LAMDA exam results from the summer term.
Altogether our students achieved an incredible 475 Distinctions, 177 Merits, and 15 Passes. Feedback across the board was incredibly positive and we are very very proud of you all. Report sheets have been going out in class this week and next week -and for those that attend in-school classes, certificates will shortly be going out in special celebration assemblies. Very well done to you all.
Later this term, we'll be sending out information on the Winter LAMDA exams (held at the end of Jan/early Feb), along with our Winter Showcase, and the Ruislip and Watford Festivals of Speech and Drama - all of which are great opportunities to build confidence and experience in performance and public speaking. More on those later
In the meantime, welcome back, enjoy settling back in and getting started on your new modules!
Just a quick reminder, that Jo will be disappearing at some point in the next month to have a baby. Classes will run as normal, and teachers will do their best to answer any questions you may have in this time - but things will just go a little quiet on the admin front for a few weeks. Normal service will resume ASAP!
